My goal as a teacher is to make students passionate about learning and applying that learning for personal good. Thus, my teaching philosophy has roots in humanistic and cognitive principles of learning. My teaching emphasis is on holistic development of a student by integrating cognitive and affective aspects of the learning experience.

Coach: who can advice, encourage, listen and give feed back to students to enhance their effectiveness.
Content Expert: who possesses knowledge of essential concepts and facts, and organizes it in a way that helps students to acquire the information and synthesize it into knowledge.
Facilitator: who facilitates students via discovery learning and discussion to stimulate creative and critical-thinking.
